1. PURPOSE

This Policy establishes the governance requirements for preparing, approving, publishing and maintaining customer-facing terms and conditions for gift cards and vouchers offered through CYBERVED AI PRIVATE LIMITED and its applicable issuer, PPI, bank, merchant or other partners.

2. SCOPE

These requirements apply to gift cards, electronic vouchers, promotional vouchers and related digital products made available through e-suvidha.com or approved distribution channels.

3. PRODUCT / ISSUER DISCLOSURE

Each product shall identify the applicable issuer, merchant or responsible partner as required by the product structure and applicable law. CYBERVED AI PRIVATE LIMITED shall not represent itself as the issuer of a regulated PPI unless separately authorised.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Purchase, activation, receipt or use of a gift card/voucher may be subject to these Terms and the product-specific terms displayed at the point of sale. Where required, customer acceptance shall be captured through an appropriate mechanism.

5. VALUE & DENOMINATION

The applicable denomination, purchase price, fees, currency and any limits shall be displayed accurately before purchase, subject to the product and partner terms.

6. VALIDITY / EXPIRY

Validity and expiry conditions shall be disclosed clearly for each product. Expired products shall be handled according to the applicable issuer, merchant and legal requirements.

7. ACTIVATION

Where activation is required, the card/voucher shall become usable only after successful activation through the approved process.

8. REDEMPTION

  • Redemption is subject to the applicable merchant/issuer rules.
  • The voucher may be redeemable only through stated channels.
  • Partial or multiple redemption shall be permitted only where the product terms allow it.
  • Customers shall follow the redemption instructions provided with the product.

9. NON-TRANSFERABILITY / USE

Any restrictions on transfer, resale, commercial use, or combining vouchers shall be disclosed in the product-specific terms. Customers shall not use a voucher for unlawful activity.

10. LOST / STOLEN / COMPROMISED VOUCHERS

Customers are responsible for protecting voucher codes and credentials. Where a voucher is reported compromised, the Company or applicable partner may investigate, suspend or otherwise handle the voucher in accordance with applicable procedures and product rules.

11. UNAUTHORISED USE

Suspected unauthorised use shall be handled under the Unauthorised Transaction Policy, Fraud Prevention Policy and applicable partner procedures.

12. REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the product-specific terms, applicable law and the Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy. Certain products may be non-refundable except where required by law or partner terms.

13. CHARGEBACKS / DISPUTES

Payment disputes and chargebacks shall be processed according to applicable payment-network, partner and internal procedures.

14. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide accurate information where required.
  • Keep voucher credentials confidential.
  • Use products only for lawful purposes.
  • Review product-specific terms before purchase or redemption.
  • Report suspected unauthorised use promptly.

15. COMPANY / PARTNER RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law and contractual arrangements, the Company or responsible issuer/partner may restrict, suspend or cancel a product where fraud, misuse, technical error, regulatory requirement or other material risk is identified.

16. PRODUCT ERRORS

If a technical or processing error affects a voucher, the Company may investigate and coordinate with the responsible issuer or merchant to correct the issue.

17. FRAUD / ABUSE

Fraudulent purchases, automated abuse, voucher manipulation, resale contrary to terms or other misuse may result in transaction restriction, cancellation, account restriction or escalation.

18. PRIVACY

Personal information shall be processed according to the applicable Privacy Policy and Data Protection, Privacy & Retention Policy.

19. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customers may contact the designated support channel for eligible issues. Support may request reasonable information to verify the transaction or voucher before disclosing account or transaction details.

20. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a gift card/voucher shall be governed by the applicable product terms, issuer/merchant terms and contractual arrangements. Nothing in these terms shall exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. THIRD-PARTY MERCHANT TERMS

Where a voucher is issued or redeemed by a third-party merchant, that merchant's applicable terms may also apply to redemption, goods/services, availability and merchant-specific restrictions.

22. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, partner outages, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Material incidents shall be managed through applicable operational and incident-response procedures.

23. PROHIBITED USE

  • Fraudulent or deceptive use
  • Use for unlawful purposes
  • Unauthorised alteration or manipulation of voucher credentials
  • Attempts to circumvent security or transaction controls
  • Any use prohibited by the applicable issuer/merchant

24. CHANGES TO TERMS

Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes shall be communicated through appropriate channels and shall be subject to applicable legal, contractual and customer-protection requirements.

25. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The applicable governing law and jurisdiction shall be stated in the final customer-facing version after legal review and taking into account the product, partner and applicable requirements.

26. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Complaints shall be handled through the Company's Customer Grievance Redressal Policy and applicable partner escalation mechanisms.

27. REGULATORY / PARTNER OVERRIDE

Where an authorised PPI issuer, bank, merchant or other regulated partner has mandatory product terms or requirements applicable to a specific product, those requirements shall be incorporated into the final customer-facing terms to the extent applicable.

28. RECORD KEEPING

Approved versions of product terms, publication dates, material amendments and partner approvals shall be retained according to applicable record-keeping requirements.
